List of tallest buildings in Sydney
This is a list of the tallest buildings in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It measures all structures to the highest architectural detail.
Sydney originally had a 46-metre height limit that was enforced until 1957, and the height limit now stands at 235 metres.
Sydney Tower is the tallest structure in Sydney at 309 metres, however according to the international standard of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, observation towers are not fully habitable and do not count as buildings.[1]

Notes
- A. ^ Rank for tallest buildings is based firstly on spire height, or secondly, roof height. Antenna height is not used in determining rank, as unlike a spire, it is not considered an architectural feature, rather an additional structure.
- B. ^ Sydney Tower is not a habitable building; the structure is included in this list for comparative purposes, but as it is not a high-rise it is not given a ranking. Per a ruling by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, freestanding observation towers are not considered to be buildings, as they are not fully habitable structures.
